BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 2233 Hickory Valley Road, being on the northwet line of Hickory Valley Road southwest of Shallowford Road. Two unplatted tracts, being the properties described in deed book 3714, page 898, ROHC, and deed book 2785, page 768, ROHC. Tax Map No. 148D-D-21 and 22. from R-1 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential-Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication of right-of-way as required by the City Traffic Engineer. 2. Submittal of site plan and no back out parking onto Hickory Valley Road. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
